David Fillary Special user 662 Posts	Posted: May 2, 2015 05:21 pm 0 Shoot Ogawa uses that switch in this video, so presumably has an updated dvd: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdiPK3RoQgI I do it without them holding on, which I developed after seeing Kainoa Harbottle do it, but I can't find the video any more. It seems like the perfect way to start the routine and avoid any requests to inspect later on.
