We've used the self-made version of the Unbelievalope for well over a year now, and it's such an incredible utility. The "switch" is so smooth, natural and visual. The new/produced version is perfect - the material is durable and stiff - it makes the move even easier, and there's a priceless tip on the DVD (about finger placement).
In our show, we use it in conjunction with the UCCU, and honestly - the problem we had to overcome was that the effect was "too impossible". What you can pull off with Jeff's brilliant devices can be so "WTF?" that you need to come up with a good (metaphysical) explanation so that the audience has some framework on which to build their suspension of disbelief. Has anyone else been using the UCCU with the Unbelievalope in a "teleportation" type effect? I'd love to hear about your experiences. Erica |

Not really adding much that has already not been said but I got my Unbelievalope last week and watched the on-line video. I immediately ordered a UCCU and received it yesterday for reasons you will read below.
The Unbelievalope is a Great product, you will watch yourself do the switch in the mirror and do it over and over again as it is that good. And with One Addition it is a Fantastic product! Go ahead and order an UCCU or TKO 2.0 (if you do not already have one)as it makes the whole routine for a One Person Confabulation effect virtually perfect. This combination is just what I have been looking for. Even though there is a method taught for using the Unbelievalope without an UCCU or TKO 2.0 there is a very weak moment in the routine and in my opinion that is not a real justified moment. Jeff realizes this and does show how the Unbelievalope can be held at the fingertips after that moment which helps. In the world of Confabulation effects there must be a disconnect between what is written down and the method used to get the prediction into the location that it is displayed in. That IS what sells this type of effect, even more so in an One Person Version. Will that moment pass in the real world of performing in most cases I would say yes. But as the one of the variations of an old saying goes "Why just fry them, when you can Kill them!" If you are a Pro it is a No-Brainer to definitely get the UCCU or TKO 2.0 (even with the small clothing requirement as a Pro you will work around that) to use with the Unbelievalope. As with that add on you can approach and retrieve the Unbelievalope with totally open hands. Even if you are not a Pro, I would still recommend getting the UCCU or TKO 2.0 (hey Jeff have I mentioned that enough to get a commission) add on as it takes the effect to a totally different level. Not really a strolling effect, can with right management be done closeup especially with the card routines taught (270 degree angle), but as discussed before as a Confabulation routine it will work much better in a parlor or stage setting, which is where this was normally intended to be used. Unbelievalope a 7 to 8 by itself (so may uses and the switch is amazing looking) - a Perfect 10 with an UCCU or TKO 2. I foresee this being my best Parlor/Stage effect I will buy this year - it will be one of my votes in Jaime's 2015 Trick of the year.
Be remembered for performing what looks like MAGIC, not skill.

I'm more than likely going to get this.
I'm thinking it could be perfect for a Headline Prediction. Has anybody done this? |

Everyone,
We are super excited to be able to offer Jeff Kaylor's Unbelievalope as our May Deal of the Month! This is our second Kaylor deal in a row, and it is exciting. If you don't have this one, you really can't beat the price - and if you do have one, you can always use a backup set of envelopes for this price... Either way, you can use this! http://www.magicandsuch.com/product/unbe......-kaylor/ -Andrew

Nice deal on a great product. I hadn't picked this up because it just wasn't worth $45 to me. For the bargain price of $13.84 though, I'm in.
This is a great deal if you haven't picked up this effect yet.

Looks pretty darn good and the answer to having to haul cumbersome boxes. Just would love it to be more strolling adaptable....perhaps have in case inside a protective folder or something.

Les and Roger were good friends of course, and I remember us all discussing ideas for Roger's envelope including predictions etc. Roger put out his Miracle Signed Card in Envelope way back in 1988, I was looking at the instructions only the other day. I would hope this new incarnation gives a credit to Roger at least. Anyone having it (Roger's) or Les's Headline routine can see the neat little touch that has been added now(and it is neat), but for lay people it's the same effect, they simply see something removed from a window envelope. The original envelopes did look like 'normal' window envelopes because that's what they were (albeit, adapted) . Of course, I would have loved to have seen Roger advertise his with a little song and dance at the beginning.... |

I honestly don't even think I need this as I'm very happy with my current envelope stuff - also, I don't do any impossible location effects. BUT this looks so *** cool and at the current price, I just couldn't resist. For under $15 shipped, this is a no-brainer. Looking forward to experimenting with its mentalism capabilities.
