How are the production values: Shot in HD, well lit, well microphoned and the assistants who help Cameron on this are gorgeous! (so everything is enjoyable to look at)

Two studios, one for performances and a second "kitchen" area where Cameron and Liam Montier go over the effects

Is it well taught: Cameron really knows his audience and caters to it. No long drawn out explanations where he wastes your time, he gets right to the explanation and very quickly you are grasping the mechanics of each effect.

My thoughts (what I personally liked/disliked): I loved that this was a combination of both some classicly published effects (with a twist) some familiar "plots" and some brand new stuff I'd never seen.

Does it "play big?" I think a lot of the card jockey's run away from the words "self-working" as if a self-working effect couldn't produce a strong reaction. Sure, you probably could not fool a magician with some of these, but several on here could fry a lay person easily.

How practical is this in the real world? (can it really be done?) That's the best part of this DVD, so many of these are practical miracles for the times when someone throws a deck of cards at you and says, "do a card trick."

I received this a few days ago. Huge fan and your nothing but the truth gimmick lives in my wallet so I'm always ready.

This DVD is incredible. So many fantastic tricks on one dvd and they all get huge reactions. Ive tried a few teicks, and am awaiting my business cards so I can use COAT. But I cannot recommend this DVD enough to anyone. a lot of this has gone straight into my performances.

I did 5 events this week and I used 2 of the effect at my gigs.

Buy this. In fact don't by this and I will get all of the applause and good reactions for doing CamFrans stuff.

Mike, thank you so much. I know you're a real worker so your opinion means a lot to me. Glad you are getting use out of some of the routines!

Will be picking this up shortly. I have a lot of BBM releases and every product I have picked up from BBM has been first class, quality teaching, strong production and a lot of extra tips and suggestions.

Cameron's Ultimate Impromptu Card magic is still one of my favourite BBM releases - Elevation from this DVD is still in my working card set, several years later - and Is a seriously strong Impromptu Transposition.

As a collector of Self Working Effects, very excited about this release. The effects looks very strong and several look like they can be done impromptu, with no setup.

Cameron - saw the demo of COAT and enjoyed how fun and simple it is. A great networking tool as well. One issue a couple of people had after I performed it was that I did not show the backs of the cards at the beginning or rather they thought I should have. Obviously, this would ruin the first reveal as is so a quick solution was to do a version of the Elmsley or Jordan count(?). I am not sure which version I came up with but I believe it was one of those. It was easier for me to perform this with the coat card on the bottom of the stack after turning over FYI. Show the pictures, ending with the coat, turn over and perform the count to show 5 of the same backs on the cards. Then flip the stack back over and continue as normal. I also made a larger and young kid friendly version of this using animals and other objects. Cheers!

That's a fine idea but it changes it from a mentalism effect to a magic effect. The writing on the back of the coat card is a prediction. I'm not sure why it makes a difference to people if they see the backs of the cards first. The amazing thing is that you predicted which card they would choose.

Yeah I did not understand that thought immediately either but appreciated the feedback. Don't get me wrong, I love the trick as is but suddently I was getting the same question from a couple of people and wanted an out other than saying we'll get to that etc. Serves me right for using the same people for practice I guess especially if doing other packet tricks where you do more immediately show backs and fronts. I just realized it might be easier to do an olram subtlety instead of a count. I see you point about mentalism versus magic effect as well. Thanks.

Creation is in my opinion one of the great, best card tricks to be seen and performed since the Invisible Deck. It is simple and powerful as well as self working. Due to it's methodology and structuring, it just is one to carry with you always. Will never get old or out of date and the spectator does mostly all of the work. Brilliant "Creation", to say the least.
