OK I am not a tech guy. We should all understand this.
So why is it when I hit "reply to all" on an email it sends ME an email? I get it "reply to ALL". OK I understand but do the programmers REALLY think I want to reply to ME as well? Is that a necessary function? Please don't tell me it is so I have a copy of the email blah blah blah.

Mine (at least on two accounts I just checked) doesn't do that.
So I would guess it must have something to do with your email client / service, or account settings? Tell us what you use and maybe someone here knows how to fix it for you.

If you're hitting 'Reply to All' from an email that YOU sent that's in your send box, it will also send an email to you.

Just type in all the email addresses manually. That will show those snooty programers!

Do you access more than one email account through Outlook?

It would never occur to me to do such a thing.
