Nothing after a week of trying.

I've tried to get an fulfillment or a refund for a month now, but nothing so far. They no longer answers any emails. I have now requested a claim thru Paypal.

I have had a less than pleasant experience with them. I don't like to talk negatively on a public forum, but if I were you, I'd stay away. Very unresponsive.

I have been having some serious issues with MF.

I placed my order November 25 with express shipping.

By the 28th my order still showed "unfullfulled" and I tried contacting them through messinger, website, email ect. After a few days I finally got a response, an excuse about a busy black friday and a promace I would have my order "in my hands" by Monday Dec 4.

Monday Dec 4 has come and gone, no shipping notices, status is still "unfullfulled" and again days have gone by since I used every form of contact they offer with no response.

OMG!!! I got a very bad experience from them too.

28/Nov - Purchased items with fedex express(Somehow they use TNT service). Promised to receive the items in less than a week.
1/Dec - After 2 days, received email saying items are on the way with tracking/consignment number. Did not bother to check the number yet.
3/Dec - Excited for the arrival of the items. Check the tracking number and it does not show any address at all. Start to contact them FB and Email.
4/Dec till 6/Dec - Contact them FB and Email. No response. At the same time, I contacted TNT customer service and turns out they cant resolve it too. They say the magic company only can help me out.
7/Dec - At last, they replied my email and message and they ask me to contact TNT regarding the issue which I had already did dozen time. I replied the email and facebook message to ask them to resolve this issue. No replies after that.
8/Dec till 9/Dec - No replies from them yet.

This is the first time I wrote a bad review for a poor customer service because I really can't stand this anymore. Took them forever to reply their facebook messages and emails. Their facebook can't allow me to review it, or else I will already did it over there. I believe there are a lot of people complaining their bad services too and that is why they turn OFF the function. I hope this can be resolved soon. I am really unhappy with this purchase. I should get it from Penguin Magic instead of them.

I had no luck either until I used the official contact form on their website. Once I used that, they responded promptly and resolved my issue.

UPdate.

I FINALLY got their attention by opening a PayPal case. So without a word they ship the package but it has not ended yet.

They shipped it FedX but NOT EXPRESS (that I paid for and it is now weeks late) and to the WRONG CITY AND ZIP CODE so now I am working with FedX to try to resolve the situation.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They played exactly the same devious trick on me a couple of years ago. They told me it was my responsiblity to track down the package. When I told them they had shipped to a US instead of Canada they told me to call USPS and sort it out myself.

I always thought they were part of murphys outside retail shop. I don't know this for sure but certain things point to it.
