A very big congratulations to Piff the Magic Dragon for getting the Golden Buzzer last night on America's Got Talent!
Neil Patrick Harris was so entertained by Piff's act that he used his only Golden Buzzer on Piff, earning him a direct spot at Radio City Music Hall! I was glad to see Mr. Piffles return. After the audition, I assumed he'd gone off to little dragon heaven. The world needs more ballsy dry humor like his.

Wow, great act, loved him since his "Fool Us" act that was just perfect, this is nearly as great and definitely deserving of the golden buzzer.

Piff is the greatest character and magic in a while, John can master other things while people are looking at him as Piff. Great humor elegant magic. And a sandwich to boot.

When I saw that Neil Patrick Harris would have a golden buzzer I was sure Piff would get it. I am sure that Piff performing at the Magic Castle and Neil Patrick Harris being the president didn't hurt his chances at all...

Piff will be doing a show at this years Fringe Fest. Would like to see his entire act, but won't be attending myself until 2016.

Well deserved...I think a key thing here is that he never breaks character.
If you are a magician then in any way being "ordinary" in the pre act filming, must damage your impact. Piff appears to be Piff at all times. |

Has he always performed as Piff or was he performing under his name and then developed this character? Just curious how long this character has been in creation.

I would suggest that there are 4 magicians in the finals when you take Stevie Starr "The Regurgitator" in to account. He as been performing his unusual form of "magic" for decades.
