I'd love to see some mentalist like Michael Murray, Mark Chandaue, and Phedon Bilek. I think those would be excellent.

I was booked for a Penguin lecture but then the pandemic hit which scuppered the trip. Once things are back to normal hopefully the lecture would go ahead.

Yeah I think it’s time Penguin starts branching out into some other areas that I think would help a lot of the community such as creating, there’s a lot of creative people out there that I think would be great appeal, also the business side of magic, performing, and entertainment. There's a lot of other good topics yay would be of interest and helpful to the community rather than just performance, effects, and explanations.

An updated one from Atlas Brookings would be great (e.g. would love to see if he has an updated/new spin on his "think of a superhero" routine, that would work just as well in this post-hundreds of Marvel and DC comics movies and spin-off TV shows world...)
And Uri Geller - but not to demonstrate any of his effects - rather, to share his tips and techniques on generating excitement in spectator(s), amplifying your charisma/presence, using storytelling/creating powerful narratives to enhance your effects and and ways of using spoken language and physical communication (both on an interpersonal basis, e.g in close-up one-to-one scenarios, and also when working with large crowds or on TV) to either distract people or over-ride their normal "filters of reality" |
