The first six volumes have proved to be a valuable part of many a magicians library. Here's hoping this continue in the same vain.

L&L says that it will be ready this Summer providing there are no editing problems. The filming just wrapped up a little while ago.

The first six were incredible. It set the tone for vidoes in the 90's. I hope the next 3 will be just as powerful. I was surprised Out Of This World wasn't on the first six ( he did put it on his beginer magic video, however ).

I can't remember on which thread I read it, but it referenced Michael's own web page which stated that they would be released Winter 2004. I checked Michael's site at that time, and there it was. Don't know if that's changed.
As long as we're on the thread, why is L&L so tight lipped about it's releases? Their latest catalogue has a photo of Ammar at a computer next to three binders CLEARLY labled "Easy to Master Card Miracles 7" 8, and 9 - yet on the phone they tell me they have no plans for such a thing. I guess it's kind of a Willy Wonka thing. Nobody ever goes in, nobody ever comes out, but oh, the sweet sweet candy. Cheers! Marcus
The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Yeah, I remember seeing pictures of the Michael Close video volumes 4-7 in the L&L catalog before the videos were actually released; however, when I inquired about a possible release date the L&L folks acted like they didn't even know Michael.
Speaking of previews, it looks like Ammar will have a groundbreaking treatise on the linking rings and also release another "classic renditions" video later this year. Great news. Mike's a great teacher. |

Ammar told himself in L&L message board that that the tapes are filmed and he also told about some effect that will be on the tapes

The answer to the question of why is L&L so tight lipped? The answer in short is no one needs to know anything untill the item is ready to be released. There are other reasons but again we don't need to know as it is business.

Easy To Master Card Miracles 7, 8 and 9 will be out sometime this year. From what I understand it will be in the summer. The video shoot didn't just wrap up, it was shot last summer. Louis always shoots a year in advance. And another "YES" - there is a new Classic Renditions! It really exists as I've been watching it over the last couple of days and it's GREAT! It will be released in March. Also - over the next few months, keep an eye out for some new stuff from Michael Ammar - separate from L&L. I've been working with Michael over the last couple of months, helping him develop some web related items. As Pete Biro says "Stay Tooned"! |

I can't imagine what the Magic world would be like without Louis and L&L. That's why I only buy L&L released products from him. He has the nicest staff and caries everything for the close-up worker!!!

I've been working with L&L for one year now and I can tell you that Louis sincerely loves magic. Many of the conversations we have, start out business related, but often times turns to just magic talk.
He has a tremendous respect for the past and wants to preserve the present day magicians, knowing that one day they will be part of magic's history. |
