Hocus Pocus has this. I wonder how it differs from the classic we all know.
_________________________________________ Few moments in magic equal that of watching a woman discover her selected card pinned beneath her own drink, yet rarely do performers outside the bar fraternity attempt this classic effect. Here, finally, is a refreshing treatise containing everything you need to know to pull off this audacious stunt with ease, including the subtleties professionals seldom tip. These routines will convine you that Card Under Glass is not just for bar performers anymore. Don't believe us? Listen to what the pros have said about Tommy Middleton's Finnesse Card Under Glass: "I never saw it coming... It blew right by me." -- Doc Eason "Flabbergasting! My audiences are always fooled badly and entertained greatly with this routine!" -- Pit Forton "Great! An extremely direct method for this classic effect!" -- Terry LaGerould "Heba Haba Al would haveloved this!" -- Bill Malone Available in a signed and numbered edition from Tommy Middleton himself and beautifully designed and put together by David Harkey!

This was reviewed a while back by Mike Close and if I remember correctly he didn't like it at all. Go buy Doc Eason's bar magic video and learn it from the master.

Or get Karl Norman's manuscript on it. I learned it from Karl at a lecture. A few weeks later, I was working at a local office building for their Fourth of July party. I had to perform on the landing where they changed elevators to go to the penthouse where their employee's club was. I got to perform the card under the glass about 30 times in an hour. Never got caught!!!!!
