Mickael Chatelain has marketed his Hole 2.0 version.
Apparently HOLE 2.0 not working without gimmick. Here is my "HOLE" version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrtnyGuKrI8&feature=youtu.be My version works without gimmicks. The first five people will receive a review copy. If anyone is interested can send me PM. dj |

My review:
Very good invisible method where cards are 100% examinable, No gimmicks, what you see is what you get, 3 cards anyone can touch before and after. although it can't done surrounded, there is plenty of angle to fool any crowd in front of you, If you are used to cards and not clumsy, you should be able to master the method in seconds,

I enjoy magic that uses sleights and moves to accomplish an effect and this version is done just that way. A move that anyone with a decent amount of experience in magic will be familiar with and is not beyond the average performer. Some angle restrictions as mentioned above. So nice to be able to just throw the cards onto the table and not have to perform a switch.
Nice work Darko.

I just watched the download. I would agree with what most have said about this.
The Pros are that you can do it with ungaffed cards leaving everything examinable. The cons would be the angle restrictions. Is it something I would use? Probably not because for table hopping (what I do) I don't think the angles would be right. It is a nice effect though and I like how straight forward and simple the method is.

I just watched the download and this is a nice alternative if you do not wish to use gaffs.
You will need to be familiar with the move to accomplish this convincingly, and as others have mentioned, there are a few angles to consider. Personally, I will continue to use Hole 2.0 by Mickael Chatelain as I do a lot of magic with gimmicks, so that is not a concern to me. However for the "purists" out there, this is a great method to achieve the effect, so I do recommend this if using gimmicks is not your style. Very good job Darko, and thank you for the review copy. |

The sleight is good. But, the penetration is not convincing enough. I like HOLE2.0 better in the way the card seems melted and drop. I'm pretty sure you can let the spec hold the card with your sleight routine. It'll be more convincing and also give you the option to manage spec's body to cover some of your weak angle. But still, dropping the card seems so much better. IMO, Mickael is still on the winning here.
