You're probably gonna wanna go with something royalty-free (which there are numerous website suggestions...just do a search here on the Café), but more importantly, the answer depends on the vibe. What kind of magic is being performed? What is the tempo of said magic and the clip? Is it fast and exciting? Is it slow and artistic? What kind of personality/character do you portray? There are a lot of things to consider when choosing music. Much like the act/routine itself, the music defines who you are and what you represent. Perhaps not the answer you were looking for, but an important point to consider first. Hope this helps!

There are a few websites / companies called "Opus 1", but I think this is the one that Richard is referring to:
http://www.opus1productions.com/ This is the one that has a magic connection. http://www.opus1productions.com/about.htm If you search the "F/X" area of the Magic Café for "Opus 1", "Arthur Stead", or "Royalty Free Music", several threads will come up for you. - Donald
