Where is a good place to pick up magnetic coins for the US market? I've seen a few but some of the sites seem a little out of date and "sketchy."

Just go to a bank and get canadian loonies and toonies they're not quite half dollar size but satisfactory and they are already magnetic. just food for thought.

Google "shimmed US coins" or "steel core US coins"

Are looking for coins that are magnetic or attracted to a magnet?

I have a huge bag of coinage from all over the world. I have them separated in "non" and "magnetic" attracted coins. I've got all sizes and colors. They are handy.

If your looking for a good magnetic coin in US coinage.
You can't beat the coins made by Kreis. You can find them
at SEO magic site. And they come in different strengths too.
The super strong is what I use.But their not cheap either.

Joe Mogar sells Kreis coins also.

Definitely looking for US coins that themselves are magnetic. I checked out the Kreis coins and they look great. I don't see a quarter though so I don't think it comes in a quarter. A regular looking quarter would probably be the best for what I need. However it looks like Joe Mogar sells those. I'm assuming he is a reliable retailer if he was mentioned here?

Thanks Jim! I actually emailed him and received a very nice response less than an hour later so I'm sure he's reliable.
