I perform this quite often for people and it gets a great response. I am wondering if there are any other people that perform it. I am curious as to whether you get odd looks or comments as you pull the papers out.
Who knows maybe in Colorado you can borrow them as easily as a quarter

I don't perform it, but if this is a problem you could pull out a gum wrapper and use that.

It was the late '60s or early '70s when Denny Loomis and I were playing around with this. I think I came up with a good presentation that was timely at the time but hey, I can't remember it now. Up in smoke!
