Just saw the promotional video of this as well and can't really tell if there's anything interesting here or not. Description wasn't much help either.

That's a good-looking Okito Box -- the thicker rim, turtle feature and the beveled bottom are nice touches. I might have preferred a deeper lid, but it's hard to say without actually handling the box. So at $40, the box alone is probably a good value.

But as is often the case, it's impossible to tell what the accompanying routines are like from the trailer. I understand that they don't want to "give away the store" in the trailer, but really -- a trailer that shows nothing isn't really a trailer at all. It would be nice to know if the routines are easy, moderately difficult or David Roth level material, but without some actual footage, it's impossible to tell. SETH

This box has been out of production for years. Limited release. The routines were all workers. Definitely got my money’s worth.

The company has gone under so all the tutorials are gone unless someone downloaded them, which is what I’m hoping for.

You are right though. I just got my hands on another copy of it TODAY after years of searching and it’s great. Size, weight. Rim thickness, lid balance. I love it.

If you have one of the original boxes, it shouldn't be too hard to replicate it, no? And that's assuming you could either assume or clear whatever rights remain with the original creator. SETH

Yes, but the value lies in the subtleties and nuances Sinbad and Eric included.
