Hey guys we took a different approach to this video. An honest one. I decided that instead of trying to fool magicians I'd give you the best look possible to make an informed decision.
In over 30 years (15 as a pro) I have never been caught using it. Also to think of it as something to only do vanishes or appearances is very limiting and although it will do them, to use it as a utility device to obtain an item or take away an item invisibly is a far better use. See the quarter in match box at the start if the video. You never have to touch the coin or make a "vanish move". The uses are endless. I have spent years primarily as a sleight of hand purist but this device used in the right circumstance can add a deadly punch. It was never meant to replace your sleight of hand work but rather to augment it. Even in the ad copy I say exactly what it is, I was not out to fool macicians here but to offer a real worker's tool that can be brought into and taken out of play easily and when used in this way it can be devestating. I know I've baked some pretty good magicians over the years who never even suspected anything other than my hands were in play. It all depends on how you use it.

Here is one of probably 50+ routines I have created with the EH over the years. I teach this on the video as well. I will go through some video footage over the next few days and try to share some live footage as well to help you make an informed decision. Again I'm not out to fool my fellow magicians here but offering something that has been a real worker for me for a long time.

I really like the approach Dannicus has with this project. I've been a massive fan of his work and this seems to be versatile and fun to use.
Kudos Dannicus, way to go !

That was great! I like his presentation and the device seems really stable and undetectable. Good job!

Thanks guys. Like I said it's real power is being in play when no one realizes it. I usually don't use it in a straightforward way, but to add an impossible kick to a routine. It's as fun to use now as when I created it 30 years ago and for me that's saying something. I'm still finding cool new uses for it.
I actually have to guard against over using it because the temptation to do a beautiful change or vanish which it does so well is always there. You'll see... those that actually get it will undoubtedly like playing with it. It's one of those things that as you start messing with it you go "oh wow I could use it as a kicker for....oh crap it will be perfect for...." you guys get the point. I'm excited to see what all you come up with to use my old friend for.

It really is so nice to have a creator be so open and clear about his creation. No BS ad weasel words; no flashy trailers that show virtually nothing. Just plain, honest descriptions of his product. And I know firsthand how well he treats his customers with his service - based on his replacement of my Eco-Box without my ever asking for that!
Thanks! Jim |

Looking forward to receiving this shortly. I don't work on a close up mat myself so am looking forward to seeing the applications for walk about, in the hands situations.

Here are a couple off the top of my head I've done in the past week. 1) Fold a sh***ed bill so the denomination of the bill shows on top. Lay the bill on the spectators open palm wave your hand over theirs without ever touching them and the bill visibly changes to another bill right on their hand. The cleanup is easy as all attention is on the bill in their hand as they open it. 2) If you watch the live performance I posted earlier, right after the coins across routine I did a copper silver coin transposition. This is a go to quick effect for me in walk around situations. Instead of placing the silver coin on the table I will often place it on the back of the spectators closed fist. A wave and the silver becomes copper. As the spectator turns oder their fist and opens their hand to find the silver coin now in their fist. I retrieve the coin purse from my pocket and clean up while there. Both effects are solid workers for me among countless others. I plan on sharing numerous routines on the closed Facebook group in the coming months and already people are sharing their own routines there. You will get directions in your package to join should you wish. We are all in this fun crazy business together and so far it's been a real positive group with great ideas. I almost envy you the fun you'll likely have with this thing when you start playing with your new toy.

As I stated on the last release some unforseen things happened during shipping as can sometimes happen no matter how much you try to prevent them. I don't know what else I can do but to make them right as best I know how. I have been a performer for over 30 years so I know what it feels like to end up short on some effects. We are determined not to let that happen to our customers. We started this company to be in it for the long haul and to provide real workable effects and service fairly and honest to the magic community. As I said earlier in this thread, I was told this approach wouldn't sell as effectively, but frankly I would rather sell fewer and maintain my integrity and reputation. I think the honest approach will ultimately lay the best foundation. I know it's the one I'd appreciate the most. As a performer I find it exhausting and maddening trying to read through the lines of hype and ad copy subterfuge. I am very appreciative of the people who support us by buying our effects and items and we are committed to earning their trust. Should anyone have any questions, shoot me a message and rest assured you will get my best honest response even if it costs be a sale. I sleep better with my integrity intact.
