Street Thief – Andrew Gerard

Product description : This is a pickpocket effect in which there is visual moments such as a wallet turning into bills in a second. The routine will allow you to put your wallet into the spectator's pocket without them noticing it ! It's awesome, it's sexy and I love it !

Price and where to buy it : This is sold at $39.95 and you can find it in nearly every Murphys partner (so you can get it at your favorite magic shop)

What you get : You get a nice little box, with all the gimmicks inside, the quality is very good, don't expect a fully fonctionnal high quality leather wallet but it does the job and it does it well. You also get a link to a streaming video (which can be downloaded if needed, as with all PH releases), it is very well shot and you get to learn everything you need. The international routine is, for me, one of the best thing on the video. Very very happy with what I received.

The pros and the cons : Here is the core of my review, let's begin with the cons, as I will usually be doing, I prefer to keep the good things for the end.

THE CONS :
- The wallet doesn't quite look like a wallet but it is all covered in the way you do and explain your routine, which is very good in my opinion. You can't use the wallet as an everyday wallet though. (well, you could but it is very small and there is not a lot place inside it)
- You can't adapt this with euros unfortunately but again, the bills and the presentation which is given to you covers everything !

THE PROS :
- It's a very strong trick if you think about it. Everybody has said to you at least one time : « Can you steal my watch ? » or something which is related to pickpocketting. This is the perfect trick to do because it makes you look like a pickpocket expert.
- It's dead easy to do, no funny move to learn. Of course, you will need practice in order to do the routine correctly but still, very easy to do.
- It happens in the spectator's pocket and in a very fair way ! People loves when magic is done in their hands or in their pocket with this trick.
- The visual moments is incredible, you turn a wallet which can be shown from all sides into a stack of bills without any trace of the previous wallet, killer !
- You can build your presentation so you can make it as funny or as serious as you want.

Overall rating : I didn't know I would love this as much as I do, It's very easy to do, so visual and strong in a lot of ways, I think you can't go wrong with it, one of the best surprise of 2016 yet ! 4/4 hearts.

As for the difficulty level, nothing very complicated, you will need to learn a move and you're ready to go, 2/5 stars.

Similar products : If you're into changing bills into something else, you can ceck Extreme Burn, 400 Lux, Money Money, Handy 500, those are all products which allow you to achieve a transformation of 4 (or 5) pieces of papers or bills into other bills.

Thanks to Murphys Magic for sending me this product !
