Just got mine in the msil and it's everything Erik says it was. My mine purpose was is seeing some of the visual changes that you can't to with the standard gimmick. Shin zoom has s change that looks nice, but require some practice. Greg Woldon has a nice solution to ending clean...even if you don't agree Erik, but my fab kitten is the snap change. You will fool yourself with that one! The only qualm I have is in Greg's routine he lets the spectator put Greg's hundred behind his back. I'm fine with audience management but you know someone is gonna stick that hundred in his back pocket and say it disappeared. Eric I haven't watched to whole DVD, but do you talk about pocket management. How many gimmicks to you carry at a time, and how do you keep track them?

The core method of "The Bill Test" is John Sheet's "Atomic Bills". However, the gaff has been cleverly upgraded to eliminate the 'work' being done in the hands of the spectator. I like that Erik introduces several new handlings for the visual changes with my favorite being the snap change. Gregory Wilson's handling was okay (think Lethal Tender) but offers a convenient way to carry the prop around. The pre-made gimmick will satisfy a $5/$20 transposition and looks good except in broad daylight. Overall a nice "upgrade" from John's (excellent) original handling.

Greg shows a great spot to keep the gimmick at all times, and I do that. I simply shift from that spot to the "hold out" spot right before performing. The "hold out" spot I am referencing is talked about right after the Play by Play section on the DVD. I hope that helps. In other news, I have uploaded some small clips on instagram that have footage not on the DVD and Demo. Here is Sebastian handing the money back right after the transpo happens: https://www.instagram.com/p/BC8Q0EZC5cI/ Here is a montage of changes, the one in the middle was not on the demo: https://www.instagram.com/p/BCs7N2NC5WN/ And here is Ryan S in vegas, notice how he instantly opens the bill for examination after the change: https://www.instagram.com/p/BCyA_KNC5cb/

With 2 gimmicks you could cover a a 1,5,10 and 20 and any second bill. If someone has money they have one of these bills.

Like many if you fellas, I've always a special place in my heart for transportations. People simply love them too.
Erik's 'Bill Test' has the work when it comes to this bill transpo effect. For the performers that purchase 'Bill Test', you'll find like I did, that the effect is easy for spectators follow and the reactions are strong. Simple and direct magic. I simply applied the advice and guidance I learned from Erik and from the other magicians on the project and my own creativity started guiding me from there. Perosnally, given the nature of the routine, part of me thinks it may be over proving to have the bills signed. From start to finish the routine is innocent, feels spontaneous and just amazing, inside and out. If your a working performer and are looking for a signed bill transpo with borrowed bills, 'Bill Test' is a strong routine.

Please excuse the typos. The phones prediction feature/autocorrect is not as reliable as I trusted it would be:)

That being said, MDantes brings up a great point that I don't go over heavily in the the DVD, but the bills can be signed. Given the nature of the routine, I don't believe it is necessary. If you want to mix one of your bills in with a spectators, you can have them sign theirs and you sign yours as a way to remember "whats what" and use that in your performance. Say they give you the larger bill, and you donate a smaller bill to the trick. You can then steal out theirs and say something along the lines of most hustlers and scam artists are going to try and walk away with the higher bill, but you wouldn't do that. Then execute the transpo. Just an idea. Reviews are in on Penguin as well! http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/6749 Everyone but one guy seems to like it. Don't know why he's so angry.

Hi Eric, if this only comes with U.S currency gimmick, could we easily make the gimmicks to suit UK currency if we bought this and then knew how to make it - if that makes sense?
Thanks |

I include a working US gimmick and gimmick materials to make up customs gimmicks and also, you can easily cannibalize the included working gimmick to meet you specifications also. The "arts and crafts" that need to be done to customize the gimmick are very very easy as well! Nothing to fear.

Ok that's great - when you say if the bill can hold a fold, then wouldn't this apply to all bills? Sorry for the confusion only trying to think of a bill or bill material that wouldn't hold a fold (if I'm understanding what 'hold a fold' means)
Many thanks |

Unfortunately the nature of theirs makes it very difficult for them to be able to do, frankly, most bill magic. To be as transparent as possible, I don't want any angry customers, Canadian and Australian money DOES NOT work for The Bill Test. If the money that you use is made of plastic and it just kinda bends and wont stay folded, it will most likely not work. If you can fold it like paper bills or fiber bills, it will work just fine. That is most currency.
