Several stores have a small plastic Chop Cup for about $3.00 -- with 2 balls, one gaffed.
I covered one with leather for use at SCA events and it has held up for hundreds of performances. Find an old leather jacket at a thrift store rather than new leather. I also use a collapsible metal cup that is even smaller. Easy to gaff "on the fly" since the base is steel and the rest not. for example, "Lobster Hook Stainless Steel Retractable Collapsible Cup for Outdoor Travel" from Walmart for $10.00 The Boy Scout collapsible silicon cup also works with my ebook "ScoutAround"

Any small cup that you can find can probably be gaffed. Think outside the box that comes in the mail from your favorite dealer. Do a Google image search for aluminum shot glass. Impressive selection. There are also hard plastic mini Solo cups that are available in many stores.
