I'm looking for a quick (but stunning ?) thing to do with a borrowed note (bill) before I 'damage' it with my Perfect Pen.
Some impromptu T&R or other gag (clean please!) would be great. Any ideas or pointers would be very well received.
Warmest regards

Why not use the borrowed bill for a 100 bill switch or have the spectator's bill float infront of him if the lighting is right. don't change his bill for a larger one or he might want to keep it.

Jeff McBride, on "The Magic of Jeff McBride" video, has a torn and restored bill that is quick and cool.

Hi James-
I suggest you look over a thread which has recently been discussed on this forum, about "bill to impossible location". My personal favorite is Carl Cloutier's Signed Bill to Kiwi. I also recommend a very quick and deceptive torn and restored bill effect by Jay Sanky. BOb Taxin |

I like the idea of doing Visibill. Maybe a good idea would just be to float the bill.
Just a thought Regards, Cole |

I have used the McBride Torn and Restored Bill Closeup for some time, and it never ceases to amaze, as the spectator actually helps tear the bill.
I am working on the other parts of his sit-down (at a table) routine where you actually go through the tear and restore in a second very visible way and the restore adds a corner of the bill in the open, and the bill is then examinable. Overall a nice routine with several phases and a couple of climaxes. BroDavid

I suggested in another thread Sankey's totally imromptu effect where you borrow a bill and a coin, wad up the bill into a ball, then toll the bill on to the coin, causing the coin to melt *inside* of the bill. The spectator can take it out themselves. It's on sankeys "short and sweet" video.
