I would say it is as examinable as a Get Sharky Deck. Or a set of wild cards where you hand out cards to examine.

In this particular setup at Fool Us Josh gave the deck away as a present and I might think that this guy still has no clue that the deck is gimmicked.

You mention these cards are roughed, but in the demo clips the cards at the end are examinable - i.e. Joshua hands clumps out and asks the spectators to look at them. Can someone confirm that the deck is examinable at the end, per the ending of the two clips earlier in the thread?

They can examine a portion of the deck but not all the deck. Audience management.Hope this helps you.

Last time I ordered from Vanishing, an "in stock" item took a week to ship. I would expect a bigger delay with this order.

The presentation of this is the same as a trick that Josh had on a DVD I've got. The detection of the right card looks like it's done the same way. But in that version, you didn't end up with the card: you just said it out loud. This is a huge improvement Can't wait to get it.

I do the original version you mention a lot (methods DVD if I remember right) and it goes down really well. I really like the look of this one. I'm not sure it is "better" to end up with the card, just different. More of a magic trick whereas the original played a bit more like mental magic.
All IMO obviously.

I have this one. Buy it. Unless surprises later in the year, the best trick in 2016 tied to Past Present and Future.

Well, that would be cool as Past Present Future was produced by me as well but actually is based on my Ultimate Brainwave Deck. Not sure if credits were given by Rick Lax.

Prices in USD only. You would think they'd make an effort on their website to distinguish between the two countries.

The confusion lies in the fact that I receive US website newsletters for some reason. That's why I always delete them. But thanks for the info.

Also bare in mind that the deck is handed out for the spec to deal down during the routine.

Seems like a great piece of magic. The only thing in my opinion is, that the presentation as Josh did it makes no sense at all for me:

So first, you tell everybody, that this is the trick you did for a blind person to make the magic happen in their mind and not for their eyes - which is a very interesting plot I think. During the whole "selection process", everyone (I guess) will think, that the spectator has the position of the blind person.
Than you suddenly change the whole situation as you blindfold yourself. To make sure that you are the blind one now, you let the spec "code" the number and value to the audience, which makes sense in the new situation.
Than you reveal the card in three steps... first step - just naming the card - is fine with the plot that this is a tricks that happens in someones mind. But the second phase and especially the massive kicker doesn´t make any sense at all to impress a blind person as she/he wouldn´t see the revelation or the blank deck.

I do think that this is a very very strong routine, but I wonder if I misunderstood something or if I am overthinking here.

I have some ideas how to change it for myself, but I am curious what other people think.

... and one "technical question":
Can the spec choose of ANY of the 52 cards or are there limitations?
