I was contacted by a colleague today about a camp performance this summer with a theme of "Through the Decades". As I researched the vocabulary and speaking vernacular for different periods of the twentieth century I came across AlphaDictionary.com which contains a historically organized list of slang terms. As 1905 me would say, "I must have been a real bonehead just off the boat before I found this real live wire of a site. I'm happy to put a plug in for this hanging lollapalooza. But now, I gotta skidoo!"
