Hi Everyone.
Im really a beginner when it comes to Tamariz stack, I have just learned to memorize the deck, but my question is : Whats your tips if you want to go in to the Tamariz stack from a shuffled and maybe borrowed deck? Is there any good and quick ways? Take care all of you /Daniel |

Do you have Mnemonica? If not, you really should get it NOW. There is a good chunk of material in a latter part of the book about ideas, routines, etc. that can be used to get into the order from a shuffled deck. What's best will depend on context, but it runs the gamut of ideas.

Preference: deck switch.
Second preference: have spec shuffle a stripped deck, then unshuffle it.

Second the suggestion to get Mnemonica the book first and then the DVDs put out by Dan and Dave to see the master in action - http://www.artofmagic.com/products/mnemonica-miracles
Also look at Adrian Guerra's DVD Euphoria, recently put out by Vernet, he explains two acts a stand up one and close-up one. The idea of the close-up one is to get from a shuffled deck to stack in the course of 3 tricks, this and the whole DVD is an incredible insight into what is possible with Mnemonica. There is a good review of the DVD here: http://ningthing.com/review-euphoria-by-......-vernet/ |
