Also I thought nothing improper or weird about placing the cards back in the box. All you are doing in the act of performing is setting the trick up to perform from the beginning. It's only people like us who question why do you place the cards back in the box. People like us who are trying to figure out how this thing works.

However I'm a little suspicious how high the reaction is for this type of effect , for layperson I mean . Most ACAAN effects don't achieve the expectation we get from magicians vs laypeople . I'll have to figure out some other presentation ...

OK, I am not concerned with the card box, or the envelopes.
I use a stack deck in my routine and therefore have a couple of questions in order to make a decision on if to buy or not (I understand that the stack order would be destroyed with the spectator shuffling the cards, so that is not an issue): Can I move straight into this routine from my stack deck of 52 cards, or would I need to remove or add any cards first? Does the spectator shuffle 52 cards? Can the deck I use be any make of STANDARD sized Poker cards, i.e. Phoenix cards? Obviously, please only answer questions you are able to without giving any method away. |

Tazbo - assuming the trick does not rely on a full deck switch, it's quite obvious that the deck shuffled by the spectator does not contain the predicted card. If it did, that card might show up during the face up dealing or display at the end.

The predicted card isn't added on in the box or anything of this nature. And there are no deck switches. We hope that this thread can return to discussions about the routine and not about guessing the method. We feel as though we have given enough "hints" and in fairness to the creator and those who have purchased this, we won't answer any more questions about the method. But we are very happy to answer anything else! Thanks!

VanishingInc has shared much more about this effect than most creators or sellers would do. The efforts of some to fish for methods is ridiculous. This looks like a good effect and with the information provided one should be able to tell if this is something you want to put into your act.

Indeed - in fact, watching the video again.. the chosen card (7H) is visible when Andi spreads the shuffled deck across the table, before it goes into the box.. and blimey charlie, it looks about 19th along.
It all looks so beautifully clean and fair! This is certainly partly thanks to Andi's performance and skills.. but what a great trick. I like the time you can take asking the specs to look at the cards. I'm not sure I would want to use the cash note bit.. But I do like the fact you can take the trick slowly.. really allow it to breathe. In fact, a gentle patter about randomness vs prediction using the cards "as demonstration with a familiar object" seems logical. Leading into another sort of prediction effect, with a different contrasting method... |

I think the request for this info is not about fishing for methods (as some seem to think) and IS part of the discussion about the routine. But in any case, posting a video of a trick here is naturally going to prompt interest in its method, so there's not much point in anyone railing against that after the fact. Doubly intrigued by this great effect now! |

I placed my order. I will write a review after I receive it and get a chance to work with it.

I too will place my order , can't resist my temptation . But errr I still can't understand how's the KS movement got to do with the secret of the trick . I'm fooled ... so bad ... This won't go into my walk-around set , but I need this .

Please can you post the exact method here, along with your review? Thanks! 😀

Yea sure , the exact method as follows , You cast a spell on the King Spades ( you probably need to marry a witch first but whatever ) , then you learn the spell which may take fifty years , then once the spell is casted you need to carefully place the shuffled deck into the card case which has also been casted with spell ( don't ask me how ... ) , then the KS is going to run around the box invincibly moving the 7H to the nineteenth position . That's all , it's magic ~ Wahaha ...
Oh you may also need to learn the skill of slowing down time .

I'm a big fan of CAAN effects and have performed enough of them to know that they generally don't get as great of a reaction as many other effects do. At least for me, but I've heard several others make a similar comment so I don't think it's just me.
That being said, I'm still a CAAN junkie so of course my order for this is now on it's way to me and I'm excited to receive it. |

I saw this as a great magician fooler , but to be frank I'm hesitant to use this to replace other card magic in my set . ACAAN effect often involves counting which will bore some participants , or worse still even after emphasizing the impossibility , some who are not knowledgeable about cards will just be like " so what ? "
Not saying this effect is bad , this to me is absolutely a fantastic thing that I'll want to put my hands on , but I'll just agree with videoman on it .
