Does anyone know of any flourishes to add a little dazzle to a sponge ball routine? Sure, there are vanishes and the 10 count, and maybe ball through hand could be considered a flourish, but does anyone do anything to add a little sizzle to your routine, almost like a Lepaul spread or shooting playing cards to grab some attention...

Alex Elmsley has a nice flourish with billiard balls in his books that is much easier with sponge balls. You may want to look for other B.ball flourishes.

1)You could roll them between your fingers.
2)Cutting a ball in two with your finger. 3)You could juggle them too.

Cover a shell with sponge and do billiard ball moves.
or Change color(s) and/or size(s). or Continuous production of balls (Miser's balls?.) or Vanished ball produced from mouth. Sid

Don't change colors!!! Yuck. I do not like color changing sponge balls. reeks of "more sponge balls" allowing the speckys to backtrack to why the spongeballs multiplied or changed from hand to hand.
Does not look like a color change. Acutally, only do it if it's really convincing. I was being harsh on purpose. Make sure it's convincing.

You are descrbing effects rather than flourishes, for the most part.
I roll between my fingers and the anti gravity roll. Kirk G |

Does not look like a color change. Frank, have you seen Troy Hooser's color changing sponge ball? I think Bob King also has one. Joe
