Yep, looks like that's the one! The video demo linked above features magician Kris Nevling, and is included on the DVD "The Ultimate Gaff Deck Kit" by Magic Makers. Not only do the performances on that DVD feel dreadfully unrehearsed and unpolished, but I'm quickly discovering that nearly all the effects taught on that DVD are existing popular effects, just given a different name (and usually some tweaks to the handling, presumably to avoid any copyright issues). I'm definitely starting to feel buyer's remorse at this point.
