So the fire wallet... found it when I first started and still use it today, gets great reactions all the time.
Heres where the problems start, quality. I'm on maybe my 4th or 5th wallet now and my latest is one I had made for me by a local fella out of leather. What I don't know is to improve my fire wallet mechanism what is the best kind of wick and spark mechanism, I'm still quite unsure and I don't really know where to shop around for these items as I would certainly like a longer lasting and more reliable flame. If anybody can suggest some wicks and sparkers or perhaps some websites that sell these that would be great!!! -kaleb |

If you search a little bit you will find a classic store where they sell wicks for oil lamps etc. That's the place to go.
After that you visti a store where they sell Zippo lighters. If you take that apart you will find what you're looking for. |

I'm on my 3rd Fire Wallet. (I carry and use it as my regular wallet.)
What's the difference in the version 2 wallet? Thanks |

One difference is that the gimmicked section is all black and less noticeable. Also the section that opens will snap back when you release it. You don't have to close the wallet. Also it's setup for "Card in Wallet"

I've been making my Fire-O-Wallet's for years. Probably about 22-25 years. I get my wallets from India, my ignitors from Spain & non-burning wick material from the USA. My wife has greatly curtailed my marketing of this effect since she feels it's a liability so now I usually only sell them at the Magic Castle Swap Meet.
I think the best fire wallets are the full size breast coat size. |

You could consider aliexpress for your firewallet gimmick and replace them regularly. They are quite inexpensive too.
