Anyone having a hard time logging into The Café? I have to put my username/password on every post. I can't log in.

I think this thread will probably be moved to the tech area but I am also having problems.

If I am logged in sometimes it won't let me post, it says something about not having enough storage to process the command. Not a problem so much here as it does let me if I just type in my name and password but this is not possible in the secret section.

Well, I figured it out.

JonTown was right but that was not the whole story. I'm writing this just in case someone else has this problem.

Basically, the date on my computer got set way into the future. I don't know how this happened.

Anyway, since cookies expire after a certain amount of time, mine were expiring immediately because my computer date thought it was 2005. So, I could not log in. Well, I could log in but the cookie that knew who I was deleted itself and made me re-login after each post.

I found this out by accident when hitting a secure website that told me the certificate was out of date and it actually displayed the current date is 2005. That was my clue.

So there you have it.
