Trying for a newspaper article answer... what starts at the bottom? A Baseball game perhaps? So how about a sports column?

If you look for magic related answers - I guess a wanted ads column prediction (the one where you run down with the scissors and cut and the piece falls to the ground) has the top on bottom...
