Marketing Magic - 723pg Hardback Book + DVD
http://www.amazingstephen.co.uk/shop-mar......ng_Magic

A digital version can be bought from Penguin and most magic dealers.

This book examines all the markets, promotional material, S.E.O., advertising methods and business strategies in finding, getting and keeping work as a professional magician.

It includes the full 723 page book, as an A4 size hardback book and a DVD lasting 2 hours, 25 minutes discussing some of the various chapters within the book that Stephen feels are the most important.

He reveals everything from how much performers are paid, how to get the elusive jobs, links to the relevant websites and agents responsible for recruiting along with a yearly breakdown on what months to market to particular groups and societies to maximize getting the gigs.

In the 20 years he has been performing professionally. He has been an illusionist, close-up magician, children's entertainer, bar magician, cabaret artist, agent and public speaker. He has almost done it all and he is now ready to reveal all his secrets so that you too can make a living as an entertainer in any facet of the entertainment industry.

Since it has been since 2018 that I posted on this thread, I supposed another update is in order.

1) Tales From The Flip-Side and the Magic Cabaret continued to tour theaters and comic cons all over the country, selling out theater after theaters - 80% of the venues where hard sell outs.
2) I continued to performnightly at House of Cards in Nashville until the pandemic shut downs.
3) In 2019 I took the manager role for Nightly Spirits Ghost TOurs and launched Music City Music & Mystery Tours with them. I'm heading into my 4th year with them.
4) As a result of that gig I created a new theater show called The Haunted Theater and present that in theaters across the country. In Oct 2021 I performed 58 shows in 14 days.
5) Big Daddy Cool died of Covid and I made a pivot to focus primarily on writing my Decoverse series of books and launched a new live stream podcast that is now ranked in the top 10% globally.
6) As of today, I have workshopped several new shows inspired by the podcast and comic cons I have been active in for over 15 years. A few theaters and a few cons with plans for a potential theater tour in 2023.

And for those of you wondering about updates to "How To Produce" the e-book has been updated several times on Lybrary and Amazon. You're welcome!

WOW! Almost another 2 years since my last reply...

2023 - I toured a new show called Beyond Smoke & Mirrors, including a 12 week run at the Palace Theater in Gallatin TN, performing as Johnny Beyond.
2024 - I continue to manage Nightly Spirits Tours and perform ghoststories and magic nightly.
2024 - My podcast and social media brand Back of the Cereal Box is ranked in the Top 10% of podcasts globally and presents The Super Saturday Matinee for live events and venues across the South...

All of what I do today I do using the techniques I teach in Theatrical Magic. But you already knew that.
