Good day all! My name is Stephane, and I am a 44 years old Canadian army Officer currently living in Maryland (close to Denny & Lee!) on an exchange posting. I have always been attracted to magic but only been practicing it since 2008. I love cards and coins but very open to discover new things. I usually perform for my friends and co-workers. I have read and study royal roads and I am currently going through the Tarbell couse in magic as per Denny Haney strong suggestion. What a revelation for me!
My daughter Abygaïl who is now 12, has been performing for 2 years now. She has performed at Denny's shop and in Philadelphia (south street magic) doing opening for some very talented magician. She has an excellent stage presence and seem to be so natural in front of a crowd. She is currently working on fiber optic (Richard Sanders), Zodiac code and Empty envelope (Columbini's), Coat (Cameron Francis) and her latest, Kolars ballons and silks from Tarbell. We try to attend as many live lectures as possible and we can hopefully find the same support when we go back home in Canada. Looking forward in meeting you, exchange and learn on this great forum. Abygaïl and Stephane

Welcome supertoad12 (and Abygail),
Sound's like you are on the right track. Oh how I wish I'd found Magic at Abygail's age. I look forward to your posts. -Mary Mowder |
