1. How do you add a picture to a post? Not just a link, but the picture. I've seen some on here but can't figure out how to do it!

2. Under which heading would one sell sideshow gaffs?

Joe, when you make your post, under the posting window you'll see a box titled attachment. Click the browse button and find the photo you want to post and then click submit. There is only one place to post sideshow gaffs and that would be in the let's make a deal "tricks and effects for sale.
