Hi all I am after a 260q that is clear and has an iridescent effect. Any ideas? I've looked with no luck.

Thanks.

No dice. Been in the business 35 years and iridescence hasn't been possible. They tried a swirled colour in a clear balloon but more often than not the inner colour dipping broke and left you with a clear balloon with bits of latex rattling about inside. Qualatex pearl tones are the closest to iridescence but they're opaque.

Thanks. I ended up buying the diamond clear they seem to be closest to the effect I can find, I feel the see through effect is more important. I'm trying to judge from pictures on the internet so I will see when they arrive.

Thanks for the help Foole

You can buy spray glitter paint at any craft store, and it doesn't pop balloons. Usually they have several colors. You could try using the diamond clear and spraying the glitter paint on it.

Obviously that doesn't make it iridescent, but it makes it sparkly. I'm not sure if that helps you at all in what you are trying to achieve, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
