The phrase "100% reliable and 100% not examinable" made me laugh! Sounds like some salesman speak!

I'd suggest you consider just adding a corner short card to your deck. After a little practice you will be able to execute a reliable force as well as easily control a freely (really) selected card for a multitude of tricks.
A good reference is Kaplan's FINE ART OF NAGIC, but that book has long been out-of-print. I'll wager someone here on the Café can give you another more readily available reference... Julie |

You've been given good advice and a lot of options.
I'd like to chime in on one thing, The classic force, and the face up classic force Whit Haydn teaches in his Chicago Surprise do take a LOT of time to achieve beauty -the step after perfection. However, if you want a challenge that will be worth your time, learn those forces, and try to force cards every time you do not NEED to have them pick the right card. You cannot get more natural than those forces (and to see them work is as close to a miracle as we can achieve in cards in my opinion), and you cannot get better practice using them... than using them.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.

I like the cross cut force.
Simple, easy, and deceptive. |
