One of the last living 10-in-one performers. I wanted to be in show business the worst way, and that was it.

I went to Disney World this past summer. The one thing I wanted to do was meet Mickey at his backstage magic show.

I was going to do a rising card trick for him but I choked and just did a color change instead. Smile

I also wanted him to autograph the card, but they told me Mickey doesn't autograph anything used for gambling! Smile

The thing I did notice was that coming out of Mickey's meet and greet, there weren't any magic tricks for sale in the gift shop!

Mickey stuff, yes. Princess stuff (the princesses have a meet and greet next door) yes. But no actual magic.

Sad really.

BTW, I downloaded this. It's in German. That's going to make the instructions a little difficult to follow. Smile

Talk to Stoney!
What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about? Smile

My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums.

Merlin's Magic Shoppe was always my first and favorite place to visit. Of course that was 52 years ago but a great memory.
