Does anyone know who still stocks "Tel's Bell"? or something similar please.

When you mean stuck is it not ringing at all and difficult to press the part out to get it to ring?

When Tel's Bell came out it was very expensive, almost immediately, there was a copy on the market for $50.00. No instructions or routine. I believe it was Terry Herbert from the U.K. that the Bell was sold under originally. Not aware if a DVD or printed instructions was available for the original.
