I am hopeful God had better things to do than worry about who wins the World Series.

The baseball gods may yet force the Cubs to atone for their fans' horrific treatment of Steve Bartman.
I'd love to see Cleveland win in 5 and celebrate at Wrigley Field. |

There was a foul ball hit at the end of the game last night that reminded me of that.

I bought my Eddie Bauer -40 Below coat and Arctic Pacs a long time ago, in preparation. It seems that there are enough potential events happening this year that I might need them.
GO CUBBIES!!! Cheers!

Yea if LOL.
But we have to deal with the world as it is not how we think it should be. Just being in the series is amazing. Hopefully they win but who knows?

I don't see how they could possibly win. I heard this was the first time since 1945 that the Cubs are in the World Series. So that must make them extremely old. I'm surprised those guys are even still playing baseball!

I just saw on the news last night tickets in 1945 to see the Clubs in the World Series at Wrigley Field was $6.00.About $60.00 in todays money. Now they are $5,000.00.
Something isn't right about that. |
