Hey guys,
a friend of ours,
Alan Thomson,...aka 'Nala Nosmoth'
(noted assistant to Master Magiciene 'Ling Ling')
will be having Carpal Surgery on his hands,...
Tuesday, the 15th of November;
.....if I understand correctly.

The two busk a lot,
are always developing,...
trying new stuff;
...they share a lot of their stuff,
here in 'the sidewalk'.

His hands are his,.....
....he's a good guy.
Let's send him some good vibes on Tuesday.
,...he's shared a lot, here.

"Hi five Nala!". 🖐

All the best Alan.

Hope you're back on the pitch asap.

Yikes! good memory Gallagher! though I'm sure I've posted on it many times, as I'm definitely not known to suffer in silence!
Thank you for the vibes, I may need them.
Yes tomorrow at 1:45 PM PST at Eagleridge Hospital (or Ego-Ridge as wifey calls it)in Port Moody B.C. I'm sure Ling-Ling will be
extracting a degree of pleasure as she helps drag me kicking and screaming down the corridor to the procedure area. Procedure takes 5 mins.
Then wait and see if feeling returns to my fingers. It could comeback in a couple of weeks, or a couple of months, or not at all.
Miss some of my close-up routines, which I now perform "0" and producing coins from a downs palm, and some ring moves. Time will tell.

Gallagher I'm trying to keep Ling's feet on the ground, but see her head grow like the "Grinches" heart whenever she reads your comments,
she's starting to think maybe she is the "draw" which of course she is, but she doesn't need to know that!
See you in recovery! appreciate the vibes all!!

Hopefully 4 days of being on the mend have helped a little... my brother had that surgery a number of years ago and I remember it wasn't the most pleasant thing in the world... it's a long winter, so you'll be up and running full steam ahead by spring. Hope you have a fast recovery !!!

No, actually it wasn't the most pleasant procedure, complications, but into recovery now, hoping to get feeling back in my fingers. But nothing yet.
But positive plans. Thanks for comments all!

I saw Nala had a funding-request,
up on the internet.
He's trying to raise a couple of bucks,
for this:

If he doesn't get it together,
he's going to invest in a 'hook'.
,....despite his on-going battle,
with cronic jock-itch.

Nala,
we wish you well buddy! 😋. 🖖

I might get two of those. I'll pass on the hook though.

In 2012 I drove some glass into my left palm, while trying to be a good citizen and properly recycle. (I tripped.)
Until the beginning of this year there was dysfunction. Numbness and joint pain/locking mostly.
This year however the numbness is much, MUCH less, and my joints are back to normal.

The body has a great capacity to heal.

I'm not sure,
but I think,
at about the 2:16 mark,
Nala appears(!).
,....might be Ling Ling in the background(?).
{you can change hats,..
but that 'smile' is a dead give-away. 🙃}

Our fingers are still crossed for you.

Hah!..... just about spit my morning coffee on that one! I believe that video was "How to acquire Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in 3:05"
Fingers still numb, Gotta love surgeons, pre-operative visit, "numbness will be gone in a year" .... day of surgery "numbness will be gone in a year" post-op' visit
"numbness will be gone in a year" ... final visit "oh! .. it could take years!"

Still I accept some things I'll never be able to do again, such as the "San Francisco Spitoon Slip Cut" or even the "Nova Scotia Whale Blubber Quadruple Dip" but
I will smile, stick my chin out and move on!
Happy sailing Gallagher ol' Bud'
