I randomly got to wondering about this recently and decided the coin-istas here would have an answer.

A bunch years ago, Dean Dill asked to buy the rights to a coins across routine of mine that used IKE dollars and where, among other things, the eagle in one of the Eisenhower dollars disappeared from one of the coins in the spectators hand, leaving the eagle-shaped cut-out in the coin.

Does anyone know if he put it out? I know he got as far as contacting one of the custom guys (Schoolcraft?) about making the gaff, but I don't know if it ever went farther.

Anyone ever see it or get one or otherwise know what happened to it?

Really? Did I dream the whole thing? I was sure someone here would know this. Ah, well....

Have you tried contacting Schoolcraft?

I hadn't yet simply because I was hazy on if that's who he actually contacted and I thought I'd try this first. Looks like That will be the next step.
