I know many of us require varied light sources to accompany our performances, hunts and alike. I'm always on the lookout for a new flashlight. Here's a great review of the ThruNite TN12, field tested in the depths of the abandoned Waldeck Mine.
Oh, the review gets particularly interesting at about 12:15. via BoingBoing LED flashlight review ends on unsettling note

Well that was as creepy as can be. Do you know if this guy is legit or not? Those whispers almost sounded a bit "canned" like they were dubbed in later. If it is real...I would have sprinted out of there.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

No idea. I agree though, the anomalous sound is a bit clean, or hifi. His reaction was very human and genuine though. Not overdone.
If it was not legit, as you say, he did a pretty fantastic job of proving his premise and burying the lead. I feel like either way, it's commendable.

That is very interesting. Also gives me an idea.
BTW - my favorite flashlight for ghosty things is the mini-maglite. The kind that twists.

For those "in" on the Chamber Onvocationals, check out my explanation and de-construction the Ectoplasm Illuminator I built for a recent ghost hunt. I think it happens within the first 10 minutes.

Great video. Even if it is staged, I like how it appears authentic. If you're the kind of person who is perfectly willing to drive halfway up a mountain on a stormy night to explore an abandoned mineshaft alone, then you're probably not the kind of person who is going to lose his composure upon hearing strange noises. His response seemed fitting for the context, which is what sells it, in my opinion.
