In his Ridiculous dvd set, David Williamson uses an unusual wand. It's pretty (looks like one of those handmade models), but more importantly must have nice balance for his wand spin. Can anyone who's seen these videos help me identify the maker of this wand?

I'll have to recheck, but if I recall correctly, David Williamson uses a drum stick. Most are easily replaceable and drummers love spinning them so they are pretty well-balanced.

Hmm, doesn't look like any drumstick I've ever seen. Too thin to be a drumstick, I think.

Watched Ridiculous as well as his Penguin lecture and it looks like I was wrong. The spin he uses is called the drummer's wand spin which I guess where my confusion stems from. Although not really helpful, I can add that the wands he uses in Ridiculous and the Penguin lecture are different.
