Jarrad, sorry to hear of your problems. Hopefully you can get it worked out because this is a fantastic effect IMO.
Best purchase I made last year. Of course, mine was perfect out of the box the first time so I didn't need to go thru all the headaches you've had to.
But if you can sort it out it's the best "organic appearing" penetrations I know of, and takes up almost no pocket space.
