Ohhh haha. I actually got kind of excited lol. My vapr watch worked great but after trying everything I could; I’ve conceded to simply using a normal vapr with the propdog hack. Though, I can say while customer service does lack, they fixed a vapr watch of mine that was almost a year out of warranty for only the price of shipping. Took a total of maybe a month or so between the initial contact and receiving the watch back. I have found calling is useless but a polite email generally gets a response within a business day or two.

So, are people still using their watches?

I have been using my watches all the time. Works great. I’ve personally had zero problems. I also own the smoke smart watch and that one only lasted one month before it died. But my Vapr watch still works.

Any one know where to get refills? The online magic store only has “leaky” partially defective ones up for sale.
