I would say yes it has. Now that’s not saying all technology is bad, just that
we continue to say ‘back in the good ole days’ for a reason.

If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Science is limited
simply because you can’t fix everything with a hammer.Smile

Which good old days are you talking about?

50 years ago? 200?

Oh my this is just hard to comprehend todd level of contradiction.

What problems has science caused EXACTLY?

Science is only limited by our own mind. Science is not... never mind why argue with a Luddite in disguise?

Please back up for me that science has CAUSED more problems than it has solved.

My stating point is m not many have polio any more. What problem has science CAUSED which is bigger than that?

It’s not a certain time in history. Everybody has ‘good ole days’ that they can look back on.
You don’t? Or maybe you’re just not old enough.

Also when did science even come close to only using one tool? Your analogies are so flawed it is amazing.

And good ol days when we died at age 30?

People who dream about good ol days are being nostalgic, not scientific. You do know that right?

And sorry "technology has caused more problems ", not science. According to you that is. Please give specific examples.

Danny, I’m certainly not saying science hasn’t helped us a lot. I’m speaking in numbers.
Curing Polio counts as one good thing.

Let’s say science created the cell phone. That’s ONE.
Have cell phones caused deadly accidents? I would say yes.

See what I'm talking about. Good vs bad in numbers.
Sure it is the price we pay, but it doesn't change the numbers.

Nowhere have I say technology has caused LARGER problems. I simply said more.

Nowhere have I said technology or science has caused LARGER problems.
Why would you say I have?

I'm simply saying with some good there also comes some bad.
Why is that so hard to understand?

Has “technology caused more problems for the human race than it has solved?”

Because you are the one writing it is hard to understand.

As for numbers what about the number of emergency calls made by cell phones and the way emergency responders get places faster? How about the cell tech making heart monitors better and such?

Your numbers are as usual not logical.

So, you're repeatedly staying the obvious.

The question is why.

If you have a point, or an agenda, state it plainly.

If not then why post at all.

To answer your question the answer is no.
If you need fear to enforce your beliefs, then your beliefs are worthless.

No man no problem.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Which ones? Is there suddenly a shortage of ant, algae, fern or beetle species? Gotta bring back the dinosaurs?

How about cultures? Do we have to preserve or resurrect each culture we find? Ancient Greek, Babylonian, Roman, Egyptian???
