I do remember buying a few tricks from Bert Wheeler. It took quite a while before I'd get my package to Kingston Jamaica from any dealer whether USA or the UK, sometimes 6 months.
I remember receiving a breakdown rabbit vanish from Harry Stanley broken, that took 5 months to get to Jamaica by ship.
