I'm going to visit my daughter in a while and we'll be in the Scottsdale / Phoenix area for about a week.
I googled "magic B&M stores" in the area but I was only able to find: Wacky Zacks, Easley's, and Williams's. Wacky Zacks seems to be the only one that looks like it's worth visiting. I was under the Impression that there are many magic stores in that area. I'll have a car so I'm willing to drive a reasonable distance. Did I miss any?

There was recently a list of all brick and morters by State. You might try a search for that. I can usually never find what I'm searching for here. Hope this helps! db

Thank you all for your help.
Im back from my trip. For anyone making this journey in the future, Wacky Zacks is the only decent magic shop in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Good conversation and customer support. By the way, that entire area is beautiful. I highly recommend a trip to Arizona.
