Oh hilarious, I just noticed the first customer review on the product page is by Daniel Madison - five stars "It's brilliant."
He's definitely taking the pi$$ but you can't really call it parody if it's an actual product. |

After his latest "Apology" video I do actually think that this is a joke/parody thing even though the product is obviously real. It is hilarious anyway.

I think this is a brilliant marketing scheme, he obviously chose his words very carefully in the video he made in order to incite negative opinions from many in our community. As they say, no publicity is bad publicity. Mr. Madison has certainly gotten the attention of most, which was his intention in all of this.

Fellow Illusionists:
Having personally been involved in 2 segments of entertainment marketing over the last 28 years, I must say that this is a brilliant piece of marketing! It utilizes the pseudo shock aspect, combined with a persona of a WWF bad guy boaster! I would venture to say that the ellusionist folks were behind the initial round of parodies, having them in the can before the "Official Trailer" was released. Simply Brilliant! When you can get your potential customers AND haters advertising for you, you have achieved the ultimate in Guerilla Marketing!
