Anybody remember "The Stage Magic Book" ,a large illustrated book from the early fifties?

One of Burling Hull's companies was called the "Stage Magic" company. Sammy Smith is the Burling Hull expert. Or Hurling Bull as some guys like to call him for his tall tales.
