Hello again! I'm releasing this a little early this year, since I'll be away from civilization during the time which I normally release this.

Anyhoo, it's available for 1 week, and only 7 will be sold this year.

Some of you may have read the thread in Inner Thoughts, regarding "Prevision". The "Dream Effect" is the method I was referencing in that thread - it's more versatile in what you can predict, and allows you to put multiple reveals in the same media. The differences are:
- this is done with audio, rather than video
- this takes a little longer to accomplish
- this is 1/10th the price

Here is the link, with a more detailed description: http://wanderingmagic.com/products/the-dream-effect

Let me know if you have any questions, and I'll answer as best as I can, without giving too much away.

Hey Tom - is this that thing you shared with me a while back?

If it is, then I heartily recommend it. It is a fantastic idea. And so so simple too.

When you say audio, where is the audio uploaded? Or is it sent to anyone?
Thanks

Yeah, I like this one a LOT. It's an absolutely perfect method too - 100% pain free. Many years ago, I had a few events to do where I was looking for a headline prediction. Had this been available back then, it is precisely what I would have used. What is so beautiful about this method is that not only can you do all that with absolute ease - it is basically CERTIFIED that you made the prediction years, weeks, or days in advance - whatever you choose. It really is a wonderful idea. I only wish that I'd conceived it myself! Frankly, if I were Tom, I wouldn't have said a word about this and hit America's Got Talent or something similar. I'd definitely be milking it for all it's worth, that's for sure. It can be a real reputation maker in the hands of somebody who knows how to apply it effectively and meaningfully. I still think you should be sitting on this one Tom. I don't know what you're charging for it, but I guarantee you it's not enough. I would have paid hundreds to have it back then when I needed it. Glad you like it, Sudo! And yes, it will work as a headline prediction. I don't do that for big audiences (okay... I did once), mostly because I don't want a lot of media attention (I like to stay out of the limelight), and this is the kind of thing which generates attention.

And I cover this in the explanation, but I'll outline it here, too: It's better to present this kind of prediction as something that:
- "came to you in a dream",
- or you "had a sudden thought and you don't know why or where it came from",

rather than saying you "have made a prediction". Presenting a prediction as a dream is more convincing than presenting a prediction as a prediction, and you don't get as many (if any) questions like: "how did you know that?", "why aren't you using this to save people?", etc. Most people understand that we have little-to-no control over what we dream about, so when you say you had a dream, it sounds better and you don't have to worry about the follow-up questions when you are correct.

Well, that's one avenue of thought for sure.

I know how to make this play for a headline prediction very easily - and in fact, you can still play as it as a dream recorded in your "dream diary". Some people have personal quibbles about headline prediction effects, but I don't. I rather welcome sensationalism. Smile

But beyond headline stuff, I have thought of oodles of applications for this idea. It's very versatile.

You know, it'd be interesting to use this in conjunction with "Geocaching": Say they think of the object "keychain" and the city "Paris", and you also get their birthday. Your dream recording could be a description of a dining room, and you glance onto the kitchen counter and there is a keychain with a small figurine of the Eiffel Tower. On the dining table is a birthday cake. Suddenly, all the candles go out and the smoke swirls into the shape of their star sign for just a moment, and then dissipates.

Tom that is an excellent way of combining the 2 concepts/routines to make it a much more memorable experience.

And today is the last day until next year.

Once again, here's the link: http://wanderingmagic.com/products/the-dream-effect

I was asked via PM if this requires any apps or specific phone versions: Nope. It doesn't. You need a device with which to make an audio recording, and a device with internet access. Most people can use their phone for both. Personally, I use a handheld recorder and a computer.... because I have a dumb phone.... as opposed to a smart phone.

Okie dokie, I'm making The Dream Effect available a month early this year, since I'll be away from those human civilizations and their technologies for most of August.

The Dream Effect is available for the next 7 days.

And as always, only 7 copies will be sold, until next year.

For anyone who's on the fence about it: read this thread and the description on the site to determine if it's something you think you'll use. It can be used to predict anything, BUT, it's better when used to reveal information which carries some weight: dreams, marriage dates, aspirations, plot numbers, and the like.

It sounds fantastic, but being a hobbiest practiconer, it is something I would not get a chance to use.
I do hope to witness it action someday.
