Don't overlook W.S.Duncan's 'Psychological Coins Across' in his precious little book "Tubthumping", it has some excellent ideas. My favourate CA.

To keep it real simple just do 3 different click passes for the first 3 and a false transfer the last.

I use a type of striking/pitching move to for one coin. Works very well for me. But don't do it for all the coins.
