I was also wondering if there was a Facebook Group for Proteus. Thanks for the link.

I've got to say, especially because of the opening script, that the system has no room for dog, but there is cat...and I find that odd...

I know I can tweak it, but I would consider that one of the prime things to include

It takes about 30 seconds to find a spot for it.
I just did that exact thing.

Yeah, I know it can be fitted in, I'm just saying that using the methods involved, and the opening script too - I would have expected dog over cat to be honest, and to have excluded bike is also remind in my opinion (because of the opening script)...

It's very cleverly done, just need to alter it to best suit a UK set of archetypes...

It's true Iain. When creating this I based myself on the audiences of my country. Dog, I see, is quite popular among anglo-Saxon countries. It's in the Extended version, along with other popular choices that might come up in the U.K. or USA. You have the bonus PDF right???

Thank you for your nice words and have a great day

I'd say that a cat is much easier to draw than a dog. It certainly would be for me.

In German there is a counting rhyme for drawing a cat, so my kids draw it much more often than a dog. (Punkt, Punkt, Komma, Strich, fertig ist das Mondgesicht....ritze ratze ritze ratze fertig ist die Mietzekatze....)

Hi Ian,

I think it's because it seems much easier and simpler for a 10 years old kid to draw a cat rather to sketch a dog.

Bring the two images in your mind for a second.

For a cat, all you have to do is to draw a circle (head), an elliptical, vertical "circle" (main body),
two small triangles (ears). An undulating line will be the tail, two little shapes, each of them like
successive upside down "U"s will serve as the cat's paws and finally inside the circe (face), you have
simply to draw two little balls (eyes), a small triangle (nose), a simple elliptical line like a smile
(mouth) and three small lines on each side under the nose which will serve as the cat's hair (if I do
say it correctly).

However when it comes to a dog drawing, I think that in most cases you have to be very talented
in drawing in order to sketch an easily recognizable dog drawing.

Just my two cents.

Draw an armless matchstick man
Two circles either side of the head, alittle further up
Soft edged rectangular around it all
Draw the ears at the top two corners
